TWO PLAYOFFS HIGHLIGHT PINE BLUFF CLASSIC
Alex Rowland (Houston, Miss.) and Blade Knox (Wewoka, Okla.) both won playoffs in the Boys Junior High and Boys Future Stars divisions respectively to highlight competition at the Pine Bluff Classic this weekend at the Pine Bluff County Club in Arkansas. Rowland defeated Garett Wilhite (Mountain Home, Ark.) on the fourth playoff hole to win the junior high title while Knox edged Garrett Lile (Benton, Ark.) on the first hole of sudden death to win in the Future Stars division.
Kell Shenep (Little Rock, Ark.) dominated the high school division winning by 11 shots over Jordan Manchester (Mountain Home, Ark.). Josh Alford (Marion, Ark.) claimed a three shot win over Gardner Lile in the Boys Rising Stars division. In girls competition, Heather Bearpaw (Tahlequah, Okla.) won the Girls Junior High title while A.J. Selig (Appleton, Wisc.) won by ten shots in the Girls Rising Stars division.
